The Christian Study Centre, in collaboration with Alhamra and Satranga Cultural Development Organization, organized the “SUFI RUMI FESTIVAL 2024,” at Alhamra Lahore under its program Developing a Culture of Peace and Harmony through Composite Heritage. The festival aims to celebrate and promote the rich cultural heritage of Sufism and to foster collaboration and synergy among stakeholders working towards the promotion of composite heritage and inclusivity in Punjab.
The event featured a diverse range of performances, presentations, documentaries, and discussions that highlight the teachings and traditions of Sufism, particularly those of the great mystic poets. By bringing together diverse voices and perspectives, the festival seeks to create a space where cultural exchange and mutual understanding can thrive.
